- Deleted account: Complete deletion within 30 days of request

- Via Website: Log in to omenvictoria.com → Profile/Settings → “Delete Account” → Confirm
- Via Email: Send a request to info@omenvictoria.com including your username or email address. We will process your request within 48 hours.
⚠ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including saved calculations, preferences, and history — will be permanently removed within 30 days. For Core Team Members, operational data may be retained in anonymized form for audit purposes.
